On February 25, Gioacchino and Valentina successfully defended their PhD theses!
Gioacchino carried out his work in collaboration with Pirelli and CNR-SCITEC (Genoa), focusing on the multiscale analysis of the miscibility of bio-derived compounds for tires and their impact on microstructure and performance.
Valentina conducted her PhD in collaboration with Pirelli, addressing sustainability and circularity in the tyre industry through the integration of Life Cycle Assessment and Material Flow Analysis.
