POLYFUN members attended the E-MRS Spring 2026 conference (Symposium Q) on “Polymer materials: frontiers in science, engineering and technology” held in Strasbourg (France) from May 25 o 29.
During the conference, Martina delivered a talk entitled “Polysaccharide-based aerogels for environmental remediation”, presenting the latest results obtained within the framework of the POLYNEW project.
Lucia presented the results of the GREENCO project in a talk entitled “Sustainability-weighted design of PLA-based biocomposites: a dual lignocellulosic filler architecture”.
Francesco, Andrea, and Marco also showcased their PhD research during the poster session.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity to share our latest findings, strengthen collaborations, and explore new research directions.
