CO2@photothermocat proposes an innovative and sustainable solution to the problem of air pollution and the CO2 emission. The project aims at achieving the total oxidation of volatile organic compounds and other dangerous contaminants into CO2 and water by photothermo-catalysis. Then, advanced materials for CO2 capture and conversion are developed as complementary scenarios for the management of the produced CO2.
