Functional coatings

We develop multifunctional coatings that enhance the performance and durability of materials in various applications.

Our goal is to engineer coatings with tailored properties—such as self-cleaning, anti-fouling, anti-icing, or anti-corrosion functionalities—by carefully selecting and combining active components. We explore innovative processing techniques to fine-tune coating composition and surface interactions, ensuring optimal functionality. Sustainability is at the core of our research. We work towards environmentally friendly coatings by using bio-based and non-toxic materials, reducing resource consumption.
